embodied human-robot interaction and multi-modal decision intelligence
Miao Xin, Associate Professor of Complex System Cognition and Decision Lab, Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He received his doctor's degree from Beihang University in 2018. His research interests include embodied human-robot interaction and multi-modal decision intelligence. He hosted the Youth Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, participated in the National Key Research and Development Program and the Strategic Leading Sub project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, as well as multiple scientific research projects such as State Grid Corporation of China and HUAWEI. He published more than 10 papers in international journals and conferences such as IEEE TMM, ACM MM, etc. He won two best paper awards in two CVPR workshops. He has obtained 12 national invention patents. He was involved in developing one technical standard for the industry. He won the gold medal of the first China Postdoctoral Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition, and the National Excellent Post-doctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Award from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China.
