The main direction of the Efficient Intelligent Computing and Learning Lab (CLab) is to make the unmanned system have the ability of intelligent perception, planning and decision-making through the research and design of large-scale neural network learning, efficient computing and the corresponding hardware architecture design theory and method. 


At present, the team has 2 researchers, 9 associate researchers, 3 assistant researchers, 8 engineers, 16 doctoral students, 17 master students, and 40 graduated doctoral and master students, working in big factories such as ByteDancing, Kuaishou, Tencent, Alibaba, Baidu, Meituan, JD, etc. The team has published more than 100 academic papers in IEEE TPAMI, TNNLS, TCAD, JMLR, NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ICCV, AAAI and other high-level magazines and conferences. The team has won two champions of NeurIPS Micronet and four champions of ECCV image enhancement challenge. And participated in the formulation of 2 national standards and 2 international standards for neural network representation and compression.
